Staff Product Manager - Sales Enablement

As a Senior Product Manager – Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for Ebury's global sales enablement strategy - owning the tools, processes, and capabilities that power our commercial teams. You'll help transform how our Sales teams operate, from first contact to deal close, ensuring every seller has the insights, automation, and training needed to perform at their best.
What you'll do
- Build and deliver Ebury's Sales Enablement vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning technology, process, and capability improvements across the commercial organisation.
- Own the Sales tech stack - ensuring they're integrated, data-driven, and delivering measurable ROI.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to design scalable sales processes that improve conversion, productivity, and client experience.
- Define and deliver AI-led enablement products that enhance seller performance - from intelligent prospecting to smart recommendations and automated workflows.
- Identify and prioritise high-impact initiatives through data analysis, user research, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enablement initiatives - from ideation and design to rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Measure and communicate impact through clear KPIs on productivity, deal velocity, and revenue effectiveness.
What you'll need
- 5+ years as a Product Manager.
- Proven experience building or managing sales enablement tools.
- Demonstrated success leading sales efficiency and enablement programs across global, B2B organisations.
- Deep understanding of commercial processes, pipeline management, and go-to-market operations.
- Highly analytical - able to dive into CRM and performance data (BigQuery skills a plus) to uncover insights and drive decisions.
- Passionate about empowering Sales teams through technology and process - with a strong focus on adoption and measurable impact.
- Skilled at managing cross-functional stakeholders and translating business needs into scalable product solutions.
