Staff Product Manager - MarTech

Product

Ebury London Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

As a Staff Product Manager – MarTech, you will be responsible for building the technology and data foundation that powers Ebury's customer acquisition and engagement engine. You'll design and deliver a modern, connected MarTech ecosystem that enables personalised journeys - from first marketing touchpoint through onboarding and activation - ensuring we reach the right clients with the right message at the right time.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how Ebury scales demand generation globally - combining data, automation, and AI to deliver measurable impact across the funnel.

What you'll do

  • Build and own Ebury's MarTech strategy and roadmap, aligning marketing, data, and product systems to power intelligent, personalised customer journeys.
  • Lead the build, integration and optimisation of marketing technologies (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, data warehouse, CDP, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow across the funnel.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to deliver data-driven segmentation, targeting, and nurture capabilities across channels.
  • Design and operationalise end-to-end funnel visibility - connecting marketing data with onboarding and activation metrics to measure real ROI.
  • Work closely with Data Science and Engineering to define data models, pipelines, and APIs that support personalisation and attribution at scale.
  • You have a strong experimentation culture - enabling A/B testing, journey optimisation, and marketing automation improvements.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to localise campaigns and lead flows while maintaining a unified global architecture.
  • Be highly results-led - define clear KPIs for funnel efficiency, lead-to-client conversion, and campaign performance, and iterate rapidly to improve outcomes.

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or Marketing Technology roles.
  • Proven experience building or managing a MarTech stack (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Segment, Iterable, Marketo, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of data architecture, APIs, and integration between marketing, CRM, and analytics systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset - able to connect marketing performance data to commercial outcomes and identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Experience driving personalised, automated client journeys across multiple channels and lifecycle stages.
  • Skilled in working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Data Science to deliver measurable impact.
  • Familiarity with B2B acquisition funnels and data enrichment processes.
  • Entrepreneurial and systems-oriented - comfortable designing from first principles and scaling globally.
  • Passionate about building the technology foundation for growth, not just campaigns.
