About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care. You will provide clinical leadership to the care and nursing teams, ensuring person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice, and wellbeing for all residents.

Reports To: Home Manager

Skills and Attributes:

  • Previous Deputy Home Manager experience.
  • Ability to engage with residents to understand their needs and provide excellent care.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding adults and referral pathways for abuse.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with external professionals, families, visitors, and staff.
  • Ability to involve residents and families in developing, agreeing, and evaluating care programs.

Education and Qualifications:

  • NMC registered nurse with relevant experience – essential.
