We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated nurse to join our well-established nursing home near Milton Keynes.About The RoleAs the Deputy Home Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth and effective running of the home. Youll provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance to the nursing and care teams, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of person-centred care in a safe and welcoming environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations and overall management of the homeProvide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to nursing and care staffOversee care planning and ensure compliance with CQC and company standardsConduct audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiativesAssist with staff management, recruitment, and trainingBuild and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionalsTake responsibility for the home in the manager's absenceAbout YouRegistered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PINPrevious experience as a Deputy Home Manager or Clinical Lead within a nursing home is essentialStrong clinical knowledge and understanding of CQC regulationsExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsA compassionate, professional approach with a commitment to quality careWhat We OfferSalary: £52,500 per annumPaid NMC registration and revalidation supportOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesSupportive management and a positive, team-focused cultureFree on-site parking and uniformCompany pension and employee well-being initiativesIf you’re an experienced nurse leader looking to make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
