An exciting new job opportunity is now available for a committed Nurse Deputy Home Manager to work in a brand new nursing home opened in the summer of 2024 in the Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire area.You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providersThis is the latest flagship nursing home in the historic market town of Olney, is the embodiment of elegance and luxury living, combining superb facilities, designed with resident wellbeing in mind, with a convenient location on the edge of town**To be considered for this role you must be qualified as an RGN or RMN Nurse with an active NMC Pin**As the Deputy Manager your key responsibilities include:Support the Home Manager and deal with the day to day running of the home in the absence of the Home ManagerAlongside the Home Manager, you will manage and have responsibility for all aspects of the service in line with CQC requirementsYou will ensure the service users are receiving the highest standards of professional support experiencing life opportunities helping to promote growth and independenceFlexible person as may not always be in the office but would be expected to cover the floor or work alongside the nursesThe following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:Previous Deputy Home Manager experienceThe ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent services of careGood working knowledge of CQC standards.The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors and staffing teamsGood clinical skillsPromote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programs within the homeThe successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £50,000 per annum DOE.This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 40 hours a week working on day shifts.In return for our hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:Competitive salaryComprehensive induction programmeCareer development opportunities from a fast-growing groupSuperb setting and working environmentCosts for an enhanced DBSPension schemeReference ID: 7047To apply for this fantastic job role, please call on 0121 638 0567 or send your CV #J-18808-Ljbffr
