Your role will ensure these accreditations are maintained and that the company remains compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop the IMS in line with ISO management systems certifications.Act as IMS Gatekeeper: maintain document control and ensure updatesWorks with various pre-accreditation schemes.Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits and accreditationsIdentify and address gaps in processes or documentationMaintain legal and audit registers, ensuring compliance with regulationsProvide training and support to teams on IMS policies and proceduresAssist with tender submissions related to quality, health, safety, and environmentDrive continual improvement of IMS and business processesEssential RequirementsExperience in construction or electrical industryExperience managing IMS incorporating ISO management systems certifications.Experience with ISO accreditation and external auditsInternal auditor training and/or experienceProficiency with Microsoft 365, including SharePointDesirableLead auditor training and/or quality qualificationsHealth, Safety, or Environmental experienceKnowledge of NERS, Achilles UVDB, and NICEIC accreditationCompany Benefits & Inclusion#EngGenOur market-leading offering provides you with benefits that suit your lifestyle.We have a virtual GP on hand for you and members of your household.
