Transport Compliance Consultant

**Overview**
ST&L Consultancy Ltd, located in Olney, specialises in managing commercial road haulage operational compliance within the logistics sector. We provide support and guidance to help operators achieve ongoing compliance management, the supply of external transport management, assistance and guidance to achieve regulatory accreditation to the DVSA earned recognition scheme and offer guidance on FORS standards. Our team of ISO 9001:2015 & 27001:2013 lead auditors also help implement and maintain management systems within businesses.

We aren't just looking for an 9 -5 employee but rather someone who wants to grab the opportunity to develop their skills and experience, become a valued team member whilst helping to lead ST&L Consultancy into its next phase in a full time capacity ( no agencies or subcontracted consultants please).

**Responsibilities**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Transport Compliance consultant at ST&L Consultancy Ltd in Olney. The consultant will be responsible for managing road haulage operational compliance, providing support to operators for regulatory accreditation, and guiding on FORS standards on a day-to-day basis as well as helping to generate new organic business.

**Experience**
- Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills
- Analytical Skills and Communication abilities
- Finance knowledge for compliance operations
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications or training in compliance management
- TMCPC qualification.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
