  • Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, and policy alignment, balancing daily delivery with long-term projects

What You'll Bring

  • 5–7 years' HR experience, ideally stepping up from HR Manager or Supervisor level
  • Strong expertise in UK employment law and proven stakeholder influence
  • Experience in matrix organisations and multi-country HR operations
  • Resilience, agility, and confidence to balance empathy with accountability
