**Job Description**:
As Head of Human Resources UK & Ireland, you will be a critical member of the EUAU HR team accountable for facilitating and executing the HR policies and programs, talent management, organizational strategy, and employee relations to support the overall business objectives. You will report to and work with the EUAU HR Director to provide leadership to the teams based in our Uxbridge headquarters. You will have responsibility for the office, both from an HR and Administrative point of view, and manage a team of seven.

Provide HR leadership to make General Mills UK & Ireland an Inspiring and great place to work and promote a positive work environment through various programs and communications.

Coach and influence business leaders; and provide team effectiveness and development support

Provide leadership, coaching and development for the HR team

Lead HR initiatives in partnership with HR COE specialists (i.e. Talent Solutions, Compensation, Change Management, Talent Director)

Lead employee relations and safety and wellness programs.

Support the compensation, benefits, and payroll processes for the UK & Ireland.

Support the talent acquisition and recruitment efforts.

Develop and lead Diversity & Inclusion plans to create an undeniable culture of belonging

**What you will bring to the team**:

- University Degree in HR, Business or related field
- 8+ years HR Generalist experience required
- Strong knowledge of UK&I HR/Employment Law and Employee Relations Issues, Payroll and Benefits, and international relocation management
- Experience working within a multinational/international environment in a regional/HQ office
- A strong background with HR Business Partner accountabilities required, including change management, consulting agility, and organization design
- Experience of building and leading an engaged team
- A track record of strong coaching, conflict management and influence up, down, and across the organization
- Strong collaboration and partnership tendencies and an interest in being part of a fluid, cohesive team
- Comfort with ambiguity and experimentation, and a learning mindset
- Strong strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to translate the business agenda into HR strategy and lead all the way through execution
- Multi-stakeholder management - capability to build rapport with client teams
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
