WANTED Experienced Property Manager for a respected independent agency in Bournemouth. Manage a portfolio of residential properties, provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants, and ensure full legislative compliance.

Our client, a successful and reputable independent sales and lettings agency based in Bournemouth, is seeking a professional and organised Property Manager to oversee a substantial portfolio of managed properties.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants alike.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties across the Bournemouth area
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance works and property inspections
• Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures
• Handling tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outs
• Serving Section 21 and Section 8 notices where required
• Managing deposits, rent arrears, and contractor relationships
• Maintaining accurate records and property management software
• Resolving issues promptly and professionally 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in property management and residential lettings
• ARLA qualification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Knowledge of Section 21 and Section 8 notices advantageous
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Confident under pressure with a professional attitude
• Proficient in property management systems and Microsoft Office
• Team player with a proactive and positive approach
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
