An experienced and proactive Property Maintenance Coordinator is required to oversee the day-to-day and major works maintenance of a portfolio of apartment blocks in Bournemouth, ensuring smooth operations and compliance

This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in property maintenance or management who enjoys problem-solving, working with contractors, and keeping buildings running efficiently. You'll collaborate closely with the Property Manager to ensure every property in the portfolio is safe, compliant, and well maintained — enhancing tenant satisfaction and protecting asset value.

It's a varied and rewarding position, offering both autonomy and teamwork within a supportive environment. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Manage maintenance for around 40 apartment blocks, ensuring safety and efficiency
• Coordinate and supervise contractors for repairs, inspections, and major works
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies
• Plan and oversee major projects, including issuing Section 20 notices (training provided)
• Monitor budgets, approve invoices, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Collaborate with the Property Manager and provide regular updates on progress and costs 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in property or maintenance management
• Strong contractor coordination, budgeting, and organisational skills
• Good knowledge of property legislation and health & safety (training available)
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving ability
• IT proficiency (Microsoft Office; property software useful)
• Full UK driving licence and own car
