Salary: £30,000 basic + £20,000 bonus OTE

The Role

As a Business Development Manager at JCT600 Audi York, you will be responsible for growing and managing relationships with local businesses, helping them find the right Volkswagen passenger cars and finance packages, while delivering outstanding service every time.

This is not a typical retail role – instead of serving walk-in customers, you'll be proactively reaching out to businesses in Sheffield and South Yorkshire, building long-term partnerships, growing new accounts, supporting existing customers, and ensuring every vehicle is delivered smoothly.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service (no motor trade experience needed).
  • Strong people skills – confident, professional, and customer-focused.
  • Comfortable working to targets and deadlines.
  • Full UK driving licence (free from excessive penalties).
