Our charity headquarters and forward operating base are located at Rochester Airport, with our aircraft hangar and maintained at Redhill Aerodrome. When the call comes, we can reach any part of Kent, Surrey or Sussex in under 30 minutes.

We are looking for an Interim Executive Director of Corporate Services to join our team.

This senior leadership role is responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of core corporate services that support all KSS activities and future growth. It oversees functions including finance, treasury, procurement, governance, compliance, risk, HR, health & safety, facilities, and IT. Acting as a key strategic partner to the Chief Executive, the role demands strong commercial acumen, the ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team, and excellent stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will be supported by a highly experienced team and expert advisors.
