Part Sync is a cutting-edge automotive tech startup transforming the way trade buyers connect with car part suppliers. Our marketplace makes it quicker, easier, and more reliable for garages, bodyshops, used car dealers and fleet operators to purchase the right car parts, from trusted suppliers.

We're a close-knit team with big ambitions. Demand from the trade sector is high, buyers are lining up to join and the momentum is building fast. We're now hiring our first Account Manager / Sales Representative to join us on the journey.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone confident, proactive, and eager to grow with the company. This is not your typical sales job – you'll be joining us at an exciting time and working closely with the Directors to build relationships, shape our network, and help grow the brand.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

You'll work closely with the Directors to grow both sides of the marketplace – bringing on board new parts suppliers and trade buyers (mechanics, dealers, fleet operators).

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Booking appointments with potential suppliers on behalf of the Directors
  • Attending supplier meetings alongside the team (in-person or video calls)
  • Introducing new suppliers to the platform and helping them set up
  • Reaching out to garages, car dealers and mobile mechanics to register them as buyers
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Following up with leads and tracking engagement
  • Gathering insights and feedback to improve onboarding and service

This is a mix of account management, field sales and B2B relationship building – with full support from the founding team.

Skills & Experience:

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (business mileage paid)
  • 4 years experience in B2B sales, account management or field sales
  • Ideally previous experience in the automotive industry (parts sales, car sales / leasing, vehicle finance etc) - Not essential
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Strong attention to detail, organised and able to prioritise
  • A passion for helping businesses
  • Confidence to attend meetings and speak to senior decision-makers

Location & Travel:

This is an in-person role based in Burnley, Lancashire, with regular travel to visit suppliers and buyers in the surrounding areas. A driving licence and use of your own car with business insurance is essential.
