Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and a solid understanding of payment and POS technologies.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored payment and EPOS solutions to meet business needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Source and secure new business customers
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Present and sell a range of payment solutions, including:
  • Card Machines (Countertop, Mobile, Portable)
  • Online Payments (E-commerce, Pay by Link, Payment Gateways)
  • Comprehensive POS bundles and EPOS systems
  • Understand and explain key features of EPOS software and hardware to clients
  • Tailor solutions based on the specific needs of each business
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and customer-first mindset
  • Ability to understand and explain technical features of EPOS systems and payment platforms
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Experience in the payments industry or technology sales is a plus

  • Uncapped commission structure (OTE £75k+, top performers £100k+)
