The Front of House Social Media (FOH) and Marketing Manager is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience both in-person and online. This dual role combines hands-on front-of-house service management with strategic digital marketing, ensuring that the venue delivers outstanding customer service while maintaining a vibrant and engaging online presence.

The ideal candidate is energetic, creative, customer-focused, and skilled at connecting people to the brand both at the venue and across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities Front of House Management

  • Greet and engage guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Oversee daily FOH operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support event planning, promotions, and special activations within the venue.
  • Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and presentation of the venue.

Social Media & Marketing

  • Develop and execute digital marketing and social media strategies to increase brand awareness and foot traffic.
  • Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Capture and post live content from classes, events, promotions, and daily operations.
  • Manage online reputation by responding to reviews and engaging with customers online.
  • Collaborate with photographers, designers, and influencers to create authentic, brand-aligned content.
  • Plan and manage paid ad campaigns and promotions to attract new customers.
  • Analyse social media performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with management to align marketing campaigns with in-house events, seasonal menus, and special offers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2–4+ years of experience in hospitality or marketing (experience in both is a strong advantage)
  • Proven experience managing social media
  • Basic photography, videography, and content editing skills
