We are seeking a creative and strategic in house Social Mediaand Content Creator to manage our online presence and produce engaging content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and digital storytelling to grow our brand awareness, engagement, and audience reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
  • Develop, write, and design creative content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Capture and edit photos and videos that align with the brand's tone and visual identity.
  • Produce blog posts, articles, and other long-form content as needed.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Manage daily posting schedules, engagement, and community interactions.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build a strong online community.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, giveaways, and collaborations.
  • Strategy & Analytics:
  • Develop and implement a monthly social media content calendar.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and generate regular reports.
  • Analyze trends and audience insights to optimize future content.
  • Brand Development:
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, voice, and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to support campaigns.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing and social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in social media management or content creation.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their analytics tools.
  • Proficiency with design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar).
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12,000.00-£15,000.00 per year
