Sun Hotel limited is a company which owns and manages many hospitality businesses and companies around Europe. This particular Social Media and Marketing position role will be assisting to take care of few associated Hospitality businesses owned and managed by Sun Hotel Limited.

As a Content Creator, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager and work collaboratively with our Director, Events Manager and wider team and to bring our brand to life on our social and digital platforms.

Reporting to: Sales Manager / Marketing Manager

Probation: 3/6 Months

**Purpose of Job**

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce high-quality videos and photographs for use on social media channels.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute creative ideas for content.
- Shoot and edit videos using professional software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
- Take photographs with professional equipment such as DSLRs or mirrorless cameras.
- Organise and maintain digital files of all content produced.
- Create engaging and compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- Analyse and report on content performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimise content strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for content creation and social media marketing.
- To be responsible for all social media activity (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and managing corporate social media accounts.
- Create campaigns and ads for relevant properties and the offerings.
- Monitoring, managing and altering ads & campaigns when required.
- To work with the Marketing Manager and partners to support campaigns and initiatives
- Seek opportunities to improve the use of social media and develop 'followers'

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or related fields.
- Strong portfolio of videos and photographs showcasing the ability to create engaging and high-quality content.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
- Experience with photography and editing software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or related fields is preferred.
