The shift pattern for this post is: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. This is a fixed-term post of 17 months (until March 2027), and recurring funding is likely.

We're excited to offer an opportunity to join our Allied Health Professional (AHP) Long Covid Service. The Long Covid Service provides board wide support adults diagnosed with Long Covid. The service provides individual face-to-face, digital group and brief supported self-management interventions.
