The Interim Resourcing team within Konexo is an established player in the flexible legal staffing market. Created to meet client demand for interim legal, company secretarial, HR and compliance professionals, we provide access to consultant resource with the support of a globally branded law firm.
The Role
We are looking for a Talent Engagement Manager to join our Konexo team in London. This is a pivotal role focussed on attracting, engaging and onboarding high calibre legal professionals into our flexible resourcing platform. You will own the candidate attraction strategy, deliver an exceptional application experience and maintain strong relationships with our consultant lawyer community.
As the first point of contact for prospective consultants, you will play a key role in shaping their journey with Konexo, ensuring seamless onboarding and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract freelance lawyers and legal professionals.
- Act as the primary contact for candidates, providing a positive and inclusive experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our consultant lawyer network.
- Organize and attend candidate-facing events (virtual and in-person) to promote Konexo.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: screening, interviewing, and progressing candidates.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with applicants throughout the process.
- Oversee onboarding of new consultants, ensuring compliance and smooth integration into the platform.
- Maintain and refresh talent pools within our CRM/ATS.
- Proactively identify skills gaps and pipeline needs to meet client demand.
- Collaborate with account managers to align talent supply with project requirements.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and candidate feedback to enhance processes.
- Work closely with marketing to develop campaigns that strengthen Konexo's brand in the flexible legal market.
- Support strategic projects such as diversity initiatives, training programs, and technology enhancements.
Skills And Experience
- Previous experience in legal recruitment (either agency or talent acquisition)
- Demonstrable understanding and interest in alternative resourcing models
- Proficiency with CRM and ATS systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Bullhorn
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- An eye for detail and ability to thrive under pressure
- Experience managing candidate engagement events
