Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Administrative & Sales Assistant to support both our office operations and sales team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of behind the scenes administrative work and customer facing sales support.

Key Responsibilities: Administrative Duties (Approx. 50%)

  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Responding to Emails
  • Sending Job Reports
  • Maintain and update company databases, documents, and records.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and bookings
  • Manage inventory levels
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping or invoice processing (if required).
  • Greet visitors and handle incoming calls in a professional manner.

Sales Assistant Duties (Approx. 50%)

  • Support the sales team with preparing quotes and sales documents.
  • Process customer orders, track shipments, and handle customer inquiries.
  • Help coordinate sales campaigns, promotions, or email follow-ups.
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide excellent pre- and post-sale support.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Attributes:

  • Positive, can-do attitude with a customer first mindset
  • Comfortable with handling both internal tasks and external customer interactions
  • Experience in furniture and flooring knowledge is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
