Role Description

LaLaLoren Production is seeking a Sync Agent / Music Supervisor to collaborate on a special upcoming project.

This is a freelance, remote position focused on managing and pitching an exclusive, unreleased cinematic alt/rock track, co-written and recorded with a world-renowned singer at Abbey Road Studio 3 in London.

The song features intense vocals, emotional build, and a deep, dramatic yet cathartic atmosphere, making it an ideal fit for film, TV, trailer, and advertising sync placements.

You will oversee the full sync pitching and negotiation process, liaising between production, editorial, and licensing departments to ensure efficient delivery and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities


• Present and pitch the unreleased track to music supervisors, post houses, ad agencies, and production companies.


• Handle sync inquiries, clearance processes, and contract follow-ups.


• Maintain and organize metadata, stems, and audio/video deliverables for sync use.


• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure quick turnaround and efficient workflow.


• Manage communication between creative, legal, and production departments when needed.

Qualifications


• Proven experience in music licensing, sync pitching, or supervision for film/TV/advertising.


• Strong understanding of sync processes, cue sheets, and audio/video delivery formats.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and data management skills.


• Previous experience in the media or entertainment industry is highly desirable.


• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and leverage an existing network within the sync community.


• Fluent in English.

Commission-based, aligned with or above standard industry rates, depending on the type and value of each sync placement.
