Our Global CIO is leading a significant evolution of our Enterprise Technology capabilities, bringing together over 2,500 technology professionals into an integrated global team. This Team will play a crucial role in enabling the ongoing transformation of our agencies and functions.

Our Modern Workplace function manages services for WPP Users, this covers Collaboration products from Microsoft and Google, Identity products for Single Sign-on and Authentication, Meeting room and Campus technologies and End User Devices, which covers System Management tooling. The purpose of this role is to manage the regional aspects of support and deployment of the core services.  This is a 3 day minimum on site role.

What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for regional services for Modern Workplace including the following -
  • Collaboration Technology such M365 including SharePoint, Co-Pilot, email & Proofpoint
  • Collaboration Technology – Google Workspace
  • Campus Technology – Access Control, Room Booking,
  • Meeting Room Technology - Digital Signage, Audio Visual, Events
  • Privilege Access Management – Local deployments
  • Regional Office Moves
  • Regional Deployments of Modern Workplace technology and tooling
  • Service Management with the Region
  • Regional Incident and Problem Management within Modern Workplace services

What you'll need:

  • 10 Years experience of Global Deployments of Collaboration capabilities
  • Management and growing strong productive teams
  • Microsoft M365 Products, Co-Pilot and Teams Premium, Power Platforms.
  • Google Workspace
  • Collaboration Tools – Miro, Box
  • Audio Visual Technologies
  • Managed Print Services
  • Identity technology Okta, Active Directory
  • Privilege Access Management – Beyond trust
  • End User Software, commercial awareness and license Management
  • ITIL Experience  
  • 10 years' Experience of managing Outsourcing suppliers 
  • Policies and Process Management
  • Report Writing
  • Commercial contracts experience with 3rd Parties
  • Understanding of modern technologies (e.g., M365, Cloud Computing, Identity Asset Management, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal & stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional remote working collaboration skills using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Superb negotiation skills
  • Strong oral, presentation, and written communication skills
