An exciting opportunity for a strategic and operational leader to oversee global workplace and facilities operations across 25+ sites in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. This role focuses on space planning, facilities management, and workplace experience-excluding lease negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global workplace strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead space planning and optimization across all locations
  • Oversee facilities operations and vendor management
  • Champion health & safety, security, and environmental compliance
  • Drive positive workplace culture and employee experience
  • Lead a globally dispersed team and manage workplace budgets
  • Promote sustainability and ESG initiatives across sites
