We're looking for a reliable and proactive School Lettings Officer (Holiday Relief Staff) to join our team

Location: Stamford Welland Academy, Green Lane. Stamford. PE9 1HE

Hours: Variable during school holidays & term time, including some Sundays

Pay: £12.88-£13.30 per hour plus holiday pay

Shift patterns: You will need to be available to work Monday - Thursday from 17:30 until 22:00 and be available weekends when required. (including Sundays)

About the Role:

As a Lettings Officer, you'll be the face of our school during community lettings. You'll ensure facilities are opened, closed, and maintained to a high standard, and that all hirers have a safe and positive experience.

As a Lettings assistant you will be:

  • Involved in maintaining communal areas within our school and external grounds , carrying out communal cleaning and keeping the exterior of the building clean and tidy.
  • Carrying out small maintenance repairs as required.
  • Liaising directly with our lettings and answering queries and you must have due regard to health & safety and security issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing the school premises for lettings
  • Welcoming and assisting hirers and visitors
  • Ensuring facilities are clean, safe, and ready for use
  • Carrying out basic maintenance and reporting issues
  • Monitoring use of the premises and ensuring compliance with school policies

  • Basic maintenance or caretaking experience is a plus
