Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Lettings Administrator to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for property management and administrative support. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with lettings processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional communication to tenants and landlords. This position is ideal for organised, proactive individuals looking to contribute to a dynamic lettings environment while working flexible hours.

Duties

  • Managing and updating lettings databases with accurate property and tenant information
  • Responding promptly to enquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, or in person
  • Assisting with the organisation of property viewings and appointments
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and related documentation
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to coordinate maintenance and inspections
  • Maintaining organised records of all lettings transactions and correspondence
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within property or lettings sectors
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and database management systems
  • A proactive attitude with a professional approach to customer service

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 21 per week
