- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)

- Client orientated
- Must be confident to work as part of a team and individually
- Competent using IT software

**Location**:
Bramcote, NG9. This position is a permanent position,

**Working**:
Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am-2:00pm.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Organising and booking in viewings for clients
- Liaise with Tenants, Landlords, and clients
- Conducting viewings
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Inputting data into Microsoft Excel to enable us to keep up to date with daily figures
- Learning about property lettings legality and ensuring you are providing customers with the correct advice
- Providing a good service with a positive attitude

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Experience working in an Estate Agency required.
- GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above
- Proven work experience within a customer service role
- Exceptional IT skills using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Full driving licence and own car

**Experience**:

- Experienced within sales or lettings negotiating roles.
