Basic Salary:
£35,000

On Target Earnings (OTE):
£90,000+

Are you a dynamic, driven sales professional with a passion for international markets and luxury real estate? We're partnering with a highly respected property developer to recruit an
International Sales Manager
to join their expanding team.

The Role In this role, you'll be responsible for driving international sales across key global territories, building relationships with overseas agents, investors, and high-net-worth clients. You'll represent a prestigious UK property portfolio, attending exhibitions, managing leads, and closing high-value deals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute international sales strategies across multiple regions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents and investors
  • Conduct virtual and in-person presentations to international clients
  • Manage the full sales process from enquiry to completion
  • Represent the company at global property shows and events
  • Work closely with marketing and development teams to align on campaign activity

About You

  • Proven track record in international property sales or high-value B2C sales
  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience managing global client relationships
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working to ambitious targets
  • Flexibility to travel internationally as required
  • Native Turkish speaker
