We are currently looking for a (Senior) Consultant International Sales UK (m/f/d) to join our Commercial Sales Department (full-time) in London as soon as possible.

Your impact

We are currently seeking motivated experts who want to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in the heart of London. This role offers you the opportunity to deepen and specialize your expertise at an advanced level, with the prospect of taking on leadership responsibilities and owning key client relationships to drive the expansion of our international business. If you are passionate about driving business success and building strong customer relationships, we want you on our team

What expects you
  • You are the primary point of contact for marketing our products and services to commercial clients, sustainably increasing customer value through tailored solutions in international markets, from acquisition to closing.
  • Using targeted sales strategies and a persuasive approach, you expand our customer base while maintaining long-term relationships with existing commercial clients.
  • You actively identify and generate new leads, leveraging cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize the value of customer interactions.
  • By continuously monitoring the market and analyzing competitors, you uncover new opportunities, develop actionable recommendations, and execute them effectively.
  • At industry trade fairs and events, you proactively represent Westbridge, strategically expanding your professional and global network.


Your profile
  • You have a completed degree or vocational training.
  • Advanced experience (3–5 years) in B2B sales in the real estate industry add on your passion for sales.
  • You have proven expertise in business development and client acquisition throughout the 360° sales cycle, with a strong track record of success and deal-closing experience.
  • With ambition, deep sales talent, initiative, and goal-oriented, independent working methods, you actively contribute to reinforcing our international business.
  • A service- and customer-oriented mindset, combined with a solution-focused, resilient attitude and precise communication, further enhances your advanced sales-driven profile.
  • We are seeking a forward-thinking candidate eager to thrive in a startup atmosphere and embrace on-the-job training.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and have advanced knowledge in using CRM-tools.
  • Additionally, you are fluent in English, with proficiency in another language being a plus.
