Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Sales Consultant at GFS Developments, located in London. The Property Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing expert consultation on property investments, building and maintaining client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and negotiating and closing property sales. Additional responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality service to buyers and investors.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Consulting and providing expert property investment recommendations
  • Strong focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction and maintaining positive client relationships
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Experience in Consulting and advising stakeholders on property-related decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
