What is a Property Sales Consultant?

This is a remote role, home-based so your office is wherever you want it to be.

Whether you're working from the spare room, or if have crafted the ultimate home setup, we'll support you with the right tools, a collaborative team, and help just a click away.

We're on the lookout for a multi-skilled, self-motivated Property sales consultant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and gets a buzz from helping people move. You'll be using smart, cutting-edge tools and working closely with buyers and sellers negotiating and making great things happen.

You'll be rewarded for hitting your targets not just for sales, but for delivering an amazing customer experience too. Because when our customers win, you win. Simple as that.

This role is all about first-class customer service guiding clients through every step of their journey. You'll bring market insight and strategy to the table, help drive property sales, encourage offers, and negotiate between buyers and sellers to reach the right deal for everyone. You'll manage your own portfolio of clients while promoting services that make the customer journey even better.

What you will be doing:

·       Manage and nurture your own portfolio of clients

·       Stay in the know when it comes to market trends and local activity

·       Spot opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services that genuinely add value 

·       Confidently negotiate between buyers and sellers

·       Deliver standout, customer-first service using a consultative approach 

·       Keep a close eye on property interest and progress, and adapt your approach

·       Stay on top of your admin keeping systems up to date and making sure everything's compliant

·       Go above and beyond to deliver a brilliant experience 

·       Smash your targets

What are you bringing to the team?

·       Solid experience in consultative sales and negotiation you know how to read the room and close a deal that works for everyone.

·       A natural communicator with strong empathy skills, able to build trust and genuine connections quickly.

·       A sharp eye (and ear) for what customers really need and you always put them first.

·       Confident and persuasive when it comes to promoting services, and you know how to show their real value.

·       Organised, detail-focused, and take ownership when it comes to keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

·       Tech-savvy and comfortable using IT systems and CRM tools to stay on top of your game.
