Your Opportunity (Read Carefully – Mandatory Criteria)

We are appointing
exactly three
high-calibre
Property Investment Consultants
who have
immediate access to qualified investors with deployable cash
.

This is not a speculative position.

This role is
exclusively
for those who can place investors
now
.

Successful Consultants will be able to introduce:

• Investors able to deploy
  £250k–£300k per tranche
• Investors happy to invest in multiples (subject to max 50% of total wealth invested with us)
• Investors with capital from one or more of these
  approved sources
  :

·      Personal liquidity or corporate cash

·      
Equity release
from homeowners with
£500k+ equity

·      
SSAS/SIPP funds
with trustee approval or immediate ability to transfer

Your investors must be:

1. Decision-ready within 30–60 days
2. Motivated by
   secure
   ,
   tangible
   ,
   contractually guaranteed
   outcomes
3. Seeking
   asset-backed wealth creation
   , not speculation

Every tranche results in either:

• Ownership of a high-end Later Living apartment

OR

• Ownership equity within a premium care home linked to medical wellness facilities

suitable for equity release investment

• You communicate with
  professional confidence
  and protect investor trust

capital-ready clients

·      You hesitate when discussing
assets, returns, or legal security

·      You are seeking a salary, leads, marketing support, or training on networking

Rewards

Your success translates directly to high personal wealth creation:

• 2% commission per tranche
  placed = £5,000–£6,000 each
• 1% equity per tranche
  in White Glove's share of each project, typically
  £15,000+
  per tranche
• With
  10 tranches per development
