About the Role
We're looking for a
Senior Counsellor
/
Business Development Executive
with experience in
student counselling and higher education recruitment using digital and offline channels to enhance recruitment outreach.
. You'll manage UK international student leads, advise students on the best study options, and support the growth of our South Asia operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience guiding students through university applications, admissions, and career-focused decision-making. You will play a key role in
recruiting international students for UK universities
, while also supporting the growth of our South Asia, especially India operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on university choices, programs, and applications.
- Convert UK-based international student leads efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with universities, agents, and stakeholders.
- Support recruitment initiatives in South Asia and identify new opportunities.
- Leverage online marketing channels (social media, campaigns, email, etc.) and offline marketing channels to generate and nurture leads.
- Represent Kampus Group at fairs, webinars, and industry events.
- Suggest improvements to recruitment processes, digital outreach, and student experience.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in student
recruitment, counselling, and marketing
for higher education. - Knowledge of South Asian education markets
especially India
. - Strong communicator, relationship-builder, and problem-solver.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
