Business Development Executive – Hospitality Tech Scale-Up

We're partnering with a rapidly growing UK hospitality technology scale-up that's transforming how operators manage core workforce processes and streamline day-to-day operations. They've doubled revenue over the past year, are scaling fast, and are building towards becoming the go-to operational platform for hospitality businesses across the UK.
They're now looking for a smart, energetic Business Development Executive to help drive new business growth with small to mid-sized multi-site hospitality operators. If you love outbound prospecting, enjoy speaking to people, and want to build your career in B2B SaaS sales, this could be a great move.
You'll be joining a high-energy commercial team, working closely with senior leadership, and playing a visible role in building pipeline and bringing new customers into the business.
What you'll be doing?
You'll focus on generating and qualifying new opportunities, with a mix of outbound and event-based activity:
- Driving consistent weekly outbound across phone, email and LinkedIn
- Researching and targeting small to mid-sized multi-site operators across the UK
- Qualifying inbound and warm leads into genuine, sales-ready opportunities
- Attending relevant industry events, exhibitions and networking sessions
- Feeding back customer pain points, trends and market insight to the wider team
- Working closely with senior commercial leaders to move prospects through the funnel
- Keeping the CRM fully up to date with activity, notes and pipeline stages
- Representing the brand professionally and passionately at every touchpoint
This is a high-activity, high-resilience role where you'll be supported, coached and encouraged to learn quickly and progress.
What we're after?
1–2 years' experience in B2B sales or lead generation (SDR/BDR/Inside Sales)
Comfortable with outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn
Curious, commercially minded and keen to understand customer challenges
Confident communicator – clear, concise and credible over phone and video
Organised, disciplined and able to manage your own pipeline and priorities
Experience in SaaS or hospitality is a bonus, but not essential
