Client Partner / Business Development Exec – London Insurance / Lloyds of London

Salary £100,000 base + 15% cash benefits + 20% bonuses + benefits

London – Hybrid mix of office, client site and home based working

CPS Group UK are working with a leading Global Technology Consultancy who are looking to add a Client Partner (BD Exec) within their Insurance Market Division.

This is a Senior hire reporting into C-Suite and will be responsible for ongoing client partnerships, account growth and development of key accounts within the London Insurance / Lloyds of London Sector.

Role:

  • Drive account expansion through solution selling across Strategy & Consulting, Digital, Cloud, and Data, leveraging C-suite relationships
  • Monitor financial performance, provide forecasts, and identify margin improvement opportunities.
  • Lead sales-to-delivery partnering ensuring seamless transition and execution.
  • Manage demand planning and collaborate with Delivery Executives
  • Shape and close deals, lead RFP/RFI responses, and oversee proposal quality

Candidate Experience:

  • Strong background within a similar Client Partner / Business Development role with a proven track record of developing accounts in the Lloyds of London / London Insurance market space.
  • Demonstrable track record of account growth and profitability
  • Able to leverage C-suite partnerships to drive growth and create value for clients
  • History of working within a Global Consultancy (Sales and Delivery model)
  • Deep familiarity with the Insurance industry
  • Experience managing global teams and large accounts (£20M+).
  • Strong orientation toward solution selling and cross-service integration.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
