Accounts Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Administrator to join our team in Paisley, Glasgow. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the finance department with a range of accounting and administrative tasks. This includes processing invoices, reconciling accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing general support to the finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and prior experience in an accounts administration role. The ability to work efficiently within a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is essential for success in this position.
- Previous experience as an Accounts Administrator or in a similar finance support role
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
