CRM Specialist
, who will be responsible for executing, testing, and optimising lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and in-app channels. You'll take ownership of specific journeys and experiments using data and creativity to improve performance and enhance the customer experience.
Your work will span both customer engagement and acquisition, delivering communications that deepen relationships with existing members and convert new leads into active members.
You'll collaborate with the CRM Manager to scale SheMed's communication strategy, ensuring every touchpoint feels personal, empowering, and aligned with our mission.
This is an office based role, located in Euston London. We operate Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
What You'll Work On
- Plan, build, and launch CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and in-app channels, ensuring flawless execution.
- Take ownership of specific lifecycle stages (e.g., onboarding, retention, reactivation), running A/B tests and performance reviews.
- Analyse campaign data and report insights on engagement, conversion, and retention metrics.
- Collaborate with the CRM Manager on strategy while independently managing day-to-day campaign builds and testing.
- Manage and refine audience segmentation and personalisation logic.
- QA campaigns to ensure accuracy, correct triggers, and clean design.
- Work closely with design, data, and product teams to optimise user journeys.
- Stay current on CRM best practices and emerging trends to bring new ideas into SheMed's lifecycle marketing.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years' experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing (DTC, subscription, or healthtech experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Braze.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in testing, segmentation, and reporting.
- Excellent project management and attention to detail - able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communicator and team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about women's health, wellness, and mission-driven innovation.
