Core Responsibilities

As the CRM Campaign Operations Specialist at The LEGO Group, you will manage and support CRM campaigns to drive engagement and sales across LEGO-branded channels, including trigger-led programs.

You will ensure campaigns are driven to the highest standards, aligning with CRM goals and objectives while meeting both briefs and member needs. You bring strong organisational skills, a data-driven mentality, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

  • Execute and deploy campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or any other CRM tooling), including data selections, content, segmentation, personalisation, automation and QA.

  • Ensure your campaigns deliver objectives including drive visitation, engagement and overall commercial impact.

  • Work within best practices for CRM campaign operations, including data selections, content selection , testing, and execution.

  • Oversee the creation and distribution of campaign content, ensuring consistency and relevance.

  • Use data analysis to identify trends and opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure the highest standards with accurate and disciplined quality assurance.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of CRM operations

The role will sit with in the CRM Hub and y ou will report directly to the Senior Manager - CRM Campaign Operations .

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience within CRM campaign operations or related field.

  • Demonstrated success in managing and delivering effective CRM campaigns.

  • Good understanding of CRM platforms and campaign management tools (Salesforce preferred).

  • Exceptional project management skills with the capacity to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Diligent with strong organisational abilities.
