We're looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented CRM Campaign Specialist to join our team at Gamdom. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring that every message reaches the right players at the right time. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, using data insights to boost engagement, retention, and player satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and execute CRM campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels (email, onsite notifications, promotional pages).
  • Use data and reporting tools to make informed decisions about segmentation, targeting, and campaign timing.
  • Analyze performance through dashboards and reports (Google Sheets, Tableau, CRM analytics) and refine execution based on insights.
  • Build and validate player segments in CRM systems (Fast Track or similar) to ensure accurate targeting and personalization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business objectives and player engagement goals.
  • Track campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with responsible gaming, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to workflow improvements, supporting a culture of data-driven execution and accountability.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign execution (iGaming industry experience preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in managing datasets using Google Sheets or Excel for analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Fast Track, with a focus on campaign workflows and segmentation.
  • Strong analytical mindset, connecting data insights to actionable campaign strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail, accountability, and results-driven attitude.
