Financial Reporting Manager - 12-Month FTC | Henley-in-Arden

The client:
A dynamic and ambitious business based in
Henley-in-Arden
is looking for a
Financial Reporting Manager
on a
12-month fixed-term contract
. This role reports directly to the Finance Director and is a key position within the finance team.

The role:
The Financial Reporting Manager will take responsibility for
group financial reporting, consolidations, and external audit management
. They will provide insight and support to the FD and wider business, ensuring accurate and timely financial information for decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare
    group consolidations
    and oversee month-end and year-end reporting
  • Manage
    external reporting
    and liaise with auditors
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
  • Support the FD with forecasts, analysis, and ad-hoc financial projects
  • Use
    advanced Excel skills
    to streamline reporting and provide insights

Key requirements:

  • Fully qualified
    ACCA, ACA, or CIMA
  • Experience working in
    large PLC group environments
  • Strong knowledge of
    group consolidations, external reporting, and audit processes
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
