About Us:

Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA) Ltd is an independent, family-owned financial services network supporting advisers across Investment, Pension, Mortgage, Protection, Equity Release and General Insurance advice.

As part of continued strategic growth, we have the opportunity for an ambitious financial planner to join the network. The role will have leads provided by an established professional introducer, with further incentive for the individual to generate their own leads.

This role is perfect for someone looking to take their first step into self-employment, requiring flexibility, but also the potential to control earnings potential.

Role Overview:

As a Self-Employed Financial Planner, you will have the flexibility to manage your own business while benefiting from the support and resources of an established and reputable company. You will be responsible for providing expert financial advice, building strong client relationships, and servicing clients annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional financial advice to clients based on their individual needs and financial situations.
  • Assess clients' financial circumstances and recommend suitable products.
  • Follow advice process to provide clients with suitable advice for their needs and objectives
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and effective marketing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the advice process.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Level 4 financial planning qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using mortgage software and online tools.
  • No requirement to have an existing client bank
