Job Title: Account Consultant
Location: Hybrid – 2 days onsite in Glasgow, 3 days remote 

About the role:

We're looking for an Account Consultant to join our delivery team, supporting recruitment within the clinical sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about people and keen to build a career in recruitment, even without prior experience. 

Key Objectives of the Role:

  • Support the recruitment process for temporary placements in the clinical industry
  • Source and screen candidates effectively
  • Manage interview arrangements and candidate communications
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates 

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Interest in recruitment and/or the clinical or scientific sector
  • Scientific background is desirable but not essential
