About the company

Our client is a Spanish company and a market leader in beverage closure systems, currently expanding its international footprint. As part of this growth, the company has recently opened a commercial office in Glasgow, covering the UK and Irish markets and operating in a B2B environment.

We are looking for an Admin, Sales and Logistic Assistant to provide direct support to the Country Manager for the UK & Ireland, contributing to the launch and day-to-day management of a business in its early development phase.

Role purpose

To provide administrative and operational support, with a strong focus on order management, customer service and sales customer support, ensuring smooth and efficient local operations. Participating in new business developments in close collaboration with the Country Manager.

Key responsibilities

  • Administration and follow-up of orders and delivery notes,
  • Customer service: handling and resolving administrative or logistical issues.
  • Liaising with the headquarters in Spain (supply chain, technical services, invoicing…) and local logistics partners.
  • General administrative tasks and document management
  • Providing support in new business developments, preparing proposals, and attending client meetings.
  • Other support tasks related to the launch and running of the commercial office.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in order processing, sales support, or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and adaptable.
  • Native or C2-level English (spoken and written).
  • Driving licence and own vehicle.

Nice to have

  • Spanish.
