Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Worthing, offering an OTE range of up to £29,000 - £30,000.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:
  • Taking full ownership of ensuring that we comply with all relevant legislation and safety requirements, including Gas Safety/CO Alarms, EICR, EPC, and HMO regulations.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Invoice processing.
  • Liaising with clients & contractors.
  • Overseeing legislative responsibilities.
  • Other duties as required by management.
