This is a full-time, permanent position located inWorthing,offering an OTE range of up to£29,000 - £30,000. Let's talk about the role. It involves: Taking full ownership of ensuring that we comply with all relevant legislation and safety requirements, including Gas Safety/CO Alarms, EICR, EPC, and HMO regulations. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, and make recommendations for process improvements. Invoice processing. Liaising with clients & contractors. Overseeing legislative responsibilities. Other duties as required by management.
