Making Possible

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Manager with experience in SAP and Tender To Report Processes to join our delivery team. In this role, you will support the Tender-to-Result (T2R) workstream of a multi-phase S/4HANA transformation, shaping and delivering complex solutions for the programme.

You will act as the trusted team member to the Business Process Owners BPO, the SAP T2R Functional Lead and T2R business analysts, ensuring the solution design aligns with strategic objectives, industry best practice, and project methodology and roadmap.

Lead the operational delivery of the T2R process transformation, supporting the BPO in designing, implementing, and embedding future-state processes and systems (SAP S/4HANA). Drive cross-functional collaboration, data readiness, testing, training, and change adoption to ensure successful programme outcomes.

• Process Design & Delivery:

Manage end-to-end design and implementation of T2R processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and integration across systems.

• Team Leadership:

Oversee Business Analysts to document current-state workflows and support future-state design, testing, and training.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work with SMEs, workstream leads, and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable deliverables.

• Data Ownership & Migration:

Identify and manage key data objects, coordinate data cleanse and migration from SAP R/3 and COINS, and secure approvals from data owners.

• Testing & Validation:

Lead UAT and "day-in-the-life" testing, ensuring readiness, issue resolution, and successful test exit.

• Training & Change Adoption:

Coordinate training material development and delivery, validate readiness, and support change impact assessments.

• Cutover & Go-Live Support:

Prepare for cutover, validate data loads, support go/no-go decisions, and ensure smooth transition into early life support.

• Governance & Compliance:

Ensure process designs meet internal controls, financial regulations, and risk policies. Maintain documentation including BPDs, PDDs, KDDs, and RAID logs.
