Job Description

What is it all about? 

We are seeking a Senior Manager - Business Process Improvement to drive transformative process improvement across Visa's global operations. This role goes beyond project management—it requires deep expertise in automation platforms, AI-driven solutions, and digital transformation strategy.

You will lead end-to-end automation initiatives, from discovery to deployment, leveraging tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, UiPath, Blue Prism, and emerging AI technologies. Acting as a thought leader, you will influence senior stakeholders, shape automation strategy, and deliver measurable business impact.

What we expect of you, day to day:

  • Own the automation strategy for key business processes, aligning with Visa's digital transformation goals.
  • Lead discovery workshops and advanced process analysis to identify automation opportunities across commercial and operational workflows.
  • Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions, integrating with existing systems and ensuring scalability.
  • Drive Power Platform adoption (Power Automate, Power Apps) and champion best practices for citizen development.
  • Build business cases for automation initiatives, demonstrating ROI and efficiency gains to senior leadership.
  • Partner with IT and external vendors to deliver secure, compliant automation solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize automated processes using data-driven insights and AI indicators.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives on automation trends, AI capabilities, and emerging technologies.
  • Lead change management to ensure successful adoption and cultural shift toward automation-first thinking.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

What we're after...

  • Hands-on experience with leading automation platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate) and Power Apps.
  • Hands on Experience with Business Process Improvement in large organizations 
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in process automation.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale automation programs, not just managing projects.
  • Experience in digital transformation strategy within large, matrix organizations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with governance, compliance, and security in automation projects.
  • Degree in technology, engineering, or business; advanced certifications in automation or AI preferred.
