An excellent opportunity has arisen for someone who is seeking a career in Customer Service and/or Education. We are committed to providing an apprenticeship opportunity that will allow you to experience a wide range of skills and situations to give you the best possible start to your career.

As the first point of contact for visitors, you will provide a warm welcome and accurate information to prospective students, as well as support with clerical tasks including handling phone calls, mail, and data entry. This apprenticeship offers valuable, hands-on experience in a busy educational environment.

You will work while studying towards the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeshipqualification. To be eligible, you will need GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grades We also welcome applicants with other relevant qualifications or experience and can tailor the apprenticeship accordingly. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and customer care skills, strong organisation and teamwork abilities, initiative, and a professional, friendly approach.
