Learning Support Assistant | Ealing, West London | Immediate Start

Location: Ealing, West London
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-time, Term-time

Are you passionate about supporting young people in their learning and development? Schools across Ealing who are seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their teams.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, or social/emotional barriers.
  • Helping to differentiate classwork, ensuring all pupils can access learning at their level.
  • Supporting behaviour management and encouraging positive classroom engagement.
  • Assisting class teachers with lesson preparation, activity set-up and learning resources.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a passionate Learning Support Assistant who:

  • Has previous experience working with children, ideally in an educational or SEN setting.
  • Demonstrates empathy, patience and a nurturing approach to student development.
  • Can adapt quickly, use initiative, and confidently support a variety of needs.
  • Communicates clearly and works effectively as part of a school team.
  • Is committed to securing the best outcomes for young people.
