Experience & Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in Key Stage 1 teaching; a background in SEN education or exposure to working with children with special educational needs is preferred
  • Empathetic and adaptable approach to teaching, with the patience and creativity needed to support and encourage students facing unique learning challenges
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with SEN staff, teaching assistants, and parents to create a supportive, holistic learning environment for each student
  • Commitment to inclusive education with the flexibility to modify lesson plans and instructional methods to meet diverse student needs
  • Enhanced DBS check required to ensure the safety and well-being of all students in your care
